Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Who wants a tasty cookie?! These are gluten free, dairy free, and use few ingredients. So they are easy to make and delicious to eat! Give them a try and let me know how they go.

Low FODMAP Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies:

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 2/3 cup brown sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Place onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-13 minutes. Poor some almond milk, dip, and enjoy!
