Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Cookies

Tis the pumpkin season! Here are some delicious Low FODMAP cookies. Try them out and let me know how you like them!

Low FODMAP Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed meal

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
