Turkey, Spinach, & Egg Muffins

Breakfast time is my life, and these turkey, spinach, and egg muffins fit right into my life. They are super easy to make, and a great breakfast treat. They are high in protein with the eggs and turkey. Plus, the flax seed meal helps them hold together into perfect muffins.

Low FODMAP Turkey, Spinach, and Egg Muffins

  • 1 LB organic ground turkey

  • 1/4 cup organic white cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup flax seed meal

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp basil

  • 1/2 tsp rosemary

  • 2 cups cooked spinach (I usually cook on the stove in coconut oil)

  • 5 large eggs

Mix all together till fluffy liquid. Place the mixture into muffin pan filled about 2/3 the way full. Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes. Enjoy, and as always let me know how you liked them!
